WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER A 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make from the Ugly Bug Fly Shop. . A 30 day no questions asked return policy on all items that are unopened and/or unused, with their original tags and packaging. All other returns are at the discretion of the Ugly Bug Fly Shop. Items that are returned beyond 30 days or that do not have the original receipt will be eligible for Store Credit only. Items returned without their original packaging and tags, or items that have been used are not eligible for return. This policy applies to all products we sell with the exception fly tying materials, terminal tackle (leaders, tippets, weights, indicators, etc.) sale items and special orders. In those instances where a special order is an issue, we will do whatever we can on our end, working with our vendor, to resolve the problem.
Any items that are to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back to us in the box/packaging that we sent the item to you. In the event that the original box/packaging is not available, it is expected that the item(s) will be sent to us in a box/package equal or better to what we sent it to you.
Before returning any product your must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase. You may obtain this number by calling or emailing the Ugly Bug Fly Shop. When contacting us regarding a return you should provide the following: customer name, date of purchase, item purchased (with serial number if applicable) and nature of the problem. All defective products will be accepted for credit, exchange or repair, at Ugly Bug Fly Shop’s discretion, when received within 30 days of purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: many of our products come with a warranty. Repairs for products under warranty should be returned to the manufacturer. - Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
- All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item.
- Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging with tags attached.

- Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer.
