ULTIMATE INDEXER PEDESTAL VISE

• Take absolute structural control over your technical patterns and complex epoxy bodies with the premium Ultimate Indexer Pedestal Vise. Engineered for elite tier precision, this true-rotary fly tying vise features a specialized indexing system that clicks securely into one of 8 distinct positions at every 45 degrees across a full 360-degree rotation. This unique mechanical pause function allows you to turn, stop, and stage your flies so specialized resins, paints, and epoxies can smoothly jell and partially cure without dripping or pooling. The indexing feedback is fully adjustable: simply tighten or loosen the indexing knob alongside the variable friction screw to dial in the perfect amount of rotational tension for your specific tying style. For traditional palmering and high-speed spinning, the indexing mechanism can be completely disengaged to let the head spin freely. Built with an adjustable pitch point at the junction of the head and stem, this heavy-duty pedestal vise allows you to change the complete working angle of the head unit for unmatched ergonomics.

Rocky Mountain Streamer Production & Arid Resin Control: When cranking out heavy meat-and-potatoes streamer patterns for Wyoming’s large rivers—like the Miracle Mile or the Shoshone—thick UV resins, epoxies, and silicone heads are essential for building big baitfish profiles. In Wyoming's hyper-arid, high-altitude climate, chemical curing times can be volatile, and wet resins will quickly sag or run to one side of the hook if left hanging. The Ultimate Indexer's 8-point positioning wheel allows you to rotate the fly 45 degrees at a time, holding it perfectly level while you manipulate materials or hit it with a curing light. Furthermore, the solid, heavy-duty pedestal base provides a rock-steady, non-slip foundation on your tying bench, ensuring the vise won't tip or wobble when you are applying heavy thread torque to spin thick deer hair or secure large bucktail collars for trophy trout patterns.
