TACKY DAY PACK 2X FLY BOX

Eliminate the compromise between traveling light and carrying a full selection of patterns with the ultra-compact Fishpond Tacky Daypack 2X Fly Box. Recognized as the ultimate minimalist dream setup, this pocket-sized powerhouse measures just 5” x 3.125” x 0.75”, allowing it to slip effortlessly into the pocket of your wet-wading shorts or shirts. Utilizing Tacky's original, patented silicone anchoring technology alongside precision bi-directional slits lining both sides of the interior, this box securely houses up to 360 flies without crushing their profiles. Molded from highly durable, 100% recycled polycarbonate, the rugged frame is engineered to withstand extreme temperature ranges without warping. Finished with a powerful, latchless magnetic closure system for seamless one-handed operation on the water, this patented design is built for long-lasting, elite performance. (Flies not included).

Rocky Mountain High-Wind & Pocket-Sized Midge Storage: Fly fishing across Wyoming—whether matching technical midday midge hatches on the Grey Reef or stalking brookies in the high-alpine streams of the Bighorns—demands a massive selection of tiny patterns without heavy, bulky weight. The Daypack 2X allows you to carry hundreds of micro-midges, scuds, and small dries right in your shirt pocket. Traditional foam fly boxes quickly stretch out, lose their grip, and deteriorate when exposed to Wyoming's extreme high-altitude UV rays and freezing winter mornings. Tacky's dense, patented silicone matrix holds its structural shape indefinitely, locking your smallest #22–#26 hooks firmly in place so a sudden 30 mph prairie wind gust won't blow your flies out of the box when you pop it open.
