All you need to know about the new Sage R8.
Sage has done it again with the new Sage R8. Wherever, whatever, and however you fish, this multi-application rod will do the trick. Though it is categorized as a fast action, the R8 is more than accessible for any angler at any skill level. The progessive taper of the R8 allows you to really feel the rod load, while also allowing you to cast long distances with very little effort; just sit back and let the rod do its job. Furthermore, for our Wyoming folk out here, the R8 cuts through the wind while remaining accurate. When Sage says this rod allows “feel, flow, and complete control”, they weren’t lying.
